As parents, we know the issues facing our families and neighbors, and the values we stand for. We know that neighborhoods with strong, well-funded schools are safer, provide better opportunities for our kids, and create a thriving economy. We know that parents should have the freedom to decide what’s best for their own children and families.
Which is why it’s critical that we have a say in who will make important decisions that govern our state.
From approving the state’s budget and ensuring our schools have access to the resources they need, to setting the policies that will impact our families and communities — our state legislature plays a critical role in in the daily lives of our families, schools and neighborhoods.
Our Values
As parents, grandparents, educators, and community members, we believe that every Arizonan deserves to live in safe, healthy, and thriving communities. We believe that every child has the right to get a good education in a well-resourced classroom. We believe that success looks different for every child and that parents must have the freedom to decide what’s best for their own families. That working families should be able to afford the cost of housing and groceries. And that every Arizonan should have access to quality, affordable healthcare.
That’s why we’ve chosen to endorse these 13 candidates who represent our values and will fight for the future of our families and schools at the statehouse.
About our Process
We made sure that the candidates we endorsed for Arizona State Senate and House of Representatives share our values as Arizona parents, grandparents, teachers, students and community members. This means ensuring the candidates we support are willing to put in the hard work to make our dreams for our families a reality. And above all, we made sure anyone we support is committed to prioritizing the concerns and needs of our community members.
