Natalie Perez

Natalie is an experienced advocate and community leader.  

Natalie was born in Cd Juarez CUU and immigrated to the United States with her parents when she was six years old. She grew up in Denver where she attended Denver Public Schools for most of her educational experience. Natalie began advocating for equitable education after becoming a parent. She worked in a Denver Public Schools school in operations before deciding there was so much more work to be done. 

Natalie became a Colorado organizer in June of 2022 after being a Stand Fellow for three years.  

She is passionate about connecting with community and bringing information to families to support them to advocate for their children. Natalie works to give community members the tools to use their power to stand up for their children and is passionate about creating pathways for children to be successful and overcome the system.
