Government Affairs Director
Bri Buentello is Stand Colorado’s Director of Government Affairs. Before entering politics, she was a teacher in Title I schools for eight years; she then joined the state legislature as one of the youngest members.
After her service, she joined Stand for Children Colorado. Bri is passionate about education and social justice, particularly for child welfare and Colorado classrooms. In her capacity as Government Affairs Director, she primarily focuses on policy analysis and elections work, striving to elect education champions.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and camping with her family in Southern Colorado.
