Congratulations to our newly elected IPS Board members: Angelia Moore, Chris Bultman, Hasaan Rashid, Nicole Carey and Daqavise Winston on their election to the IPS Board!
We also want to recognize all the candidates who stepped up to run. Putting your name on the ballot and asking your community for the opportunity to serve takes courage. We appreciate everyone who took part in this election.
Looking Ahead for Indianapolis Students
As a new IPS Board takes shape, parents in our network are ready to keep advocating for what matters most: great and safe schools, strong academics, accountability for every public school and brighter futures for every child.
Indianapolis voters also said YES to our public schools by passing the referendum, making it clear that our community believes our kids and their futures are worth investing in.
We look forward to working with the IPS Board to keep students and families at the center of decisions about the future of public education in Indianapolis.
Thank You to Our Community
Thank you to the parents, volunteers and community members who worked long hours and had countless conversations. They made their voices heard throughout this election.
Election Day may be over, but the work for Indianapolis kids continues.
The work starts now. Every child deserves a great public school, no matter their ZIP code or what type of public school they attend. Sign our petition for better schools and greater accountability.
