Allison Chippendale

9th Grade Success Coach

Allison Meier Chippendale is a dynamic educator, coach, and systems-thinker with over 15 years of experience leading transformative work in K-12 education and adult learning. From her early years in high school classrooms in Chicago and Denver to partnering with over 300 schools across the country, Allison brings deep expertise in relationship-building, strategic planning, and equity-driven systems change.

She has held influential roles as a district administrator in Colorado’s two largest school districts, leading the implementation of restorative practices. Most recently, she served as a Training Facilitator and the Lead Instructional Designer for the State of Colorado, where she built training systems to support leaders across government agencies. Allison has designed and facilitated learning on topics including school discipline reform, adult conflict resolution, leadership development, and change management.

A certified facilitator in multiple leadership and team effectiveness frameworks, she brings a rare blend of analytical thinking, emotional intelligence, and contagious enthusiasm. Colleagues and clients alike count on Allison for her creative problem solving, nuanced understanding of power dynamics, and relentless commitment to helping others grow.

At the heart of her work is a belief that strong relationships are the foundation for meaningful change—and that schools can be both joyful and rigorous places for students and adults. Whether she’s designing a curriculum, coaching a principal, or facilitating a community dialogue, Allison leads with imagination, integrity, and heart. Off the clock, you will find Allison outside, often a little muddy from her latest mountain adventure, with her husband CJ and her dogs Bluebird and Sunshine.
