Ajani Tribble

People & Culture Coordinator

Ajani serves as Stand for Children’s People & Culture Coordinator, where she supports staff across the organization through onboarding, communications, and culture-building initiatives. Born and raised in High Point, North Carolina, she earned her degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from North Carolina A&T State University.

Ajani’s passion for Stand’s mission is rooted in her own experience. As a graduate of a Title I high school, she saw firsthand how inequitable systems limited opportunities for students. This perspective drives her deep belief in Stand’s work and its commitment to closing opportunity gaps and creating systems that allow all children to thrive.

Before joining Stand, Ajani developed skills in communications and organizational support that she now brings to her role in People & Culture. She is excited to contribute to building a strong, collaborative environment that empowers colleagues to thrive and strengthens the impact of Stand’s work for students and families.

Outside of work, Ajani enjoys crocheting, spending time with family, and traveling.
