Georgina Monsalvo is an advocacy and electoral leader with experience leading campaigns and strategic initiatives that advance policy change, strengthen civic engagement, and build political power across Arizona. Her work spans legislative advocacy in education, early childhood, and criminal justice policy, as well as electoral politics, where she has led statewide and local efforts focused on voter engagement, grassroots organizing, coalition building, and strategic communications. Beginning her career in electoral politics, Georgina developed expertise in political strategy, field operations, voter outreach, and community mobilization, and has since led advocacy campaigns that connect policy, communications, and organizing to drive meaningful impact.

A skilled communicator, Georgina specializes in strategic communications, storytelling, and bilingual outreach. She has helped organizations build support for policy and advocacy initiatives by translating complex issues into compelling messages that engage communities and elevate diverse voices. As a first-generation Mexican American raised along the Arizona-Sonora border, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work and is passionate about ensuring families and communities have a voice in the decisions that affect their lives. Georgina earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona and is a proud mother to her son, Jorge. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
