For the past 13 years, Thresa was the Chief Financial and Business Officer for Pace Center for Girls, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL with operations in 26 locations in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. At Pace, Thresa drove multi-million-dollar growth in revenues, investments, and cost savings while skillfully navigating increased complexity and compliance measures and significant organizational challenges in support of Pace’s education and youth development-focused mission.
