Ciarra is a communications strategist who uses her skillset to tell stories, shift narratives, and uplift communities. She is committed to ethically elevating the lived experiences of those she serves in order to create social change. She joins Stand Washington as the Marketing and Communications Manager. She has experience providing website, email and social media support for Children’s Law Center, a legal services non-profit based in Washington, DC, as their Senior Communications Coordinator.

Ciarra was born and raised in Northern Virginia and is a proud HBCU alumnus of North Carolina A&T State University, where she received her degree in Journalism & Mass Communications with a concentration in Multimedia. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, eating delicious food, and learning Korean.
