Here\u2019s how it works in the context of public education:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bonds-in-public-education-nbsp\"><strong>Bonds in Public Education<\/strong><em>:<\/em>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When a school district, like Denver Public Schools (DPS), needs to fund large projects\u2014such as building new schools, renovating existing ones, or upgrading technology\u2014they might not have the cash on hand to cover these costs.
