We need to show Senators how much support there is for this policy, so will you&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/action.stand.org\/RgSyv7U\">send an email<\/a>&nbsp;with one click?&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/action.stand.org\/RgSyv7U\">EMAIL SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE MEMBERS<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HB22-1220 will:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>support teacher candidates by paying them for their student teaching work,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>remove financial barriers by paying for teacher exam fees, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>expand pathways to licensure by allowing multiple ways to demonstrate competency.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Read more about HB22-1220 in this&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/coloradosun.com\/2022\/03\/30\/colorado-education-schools-student-teachers-teacher-shortages\/\">Colorado Sun article.<\/a>&nbsp;We are proud to champion HB22-1220 because we see this policy as a pathway to increasing teacher diversity in Colorado.
