The bill passed out of the State House of Representatives 51-0 and the State Senate 24-5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are grateful that HB 2265 has taken effect, and hope Arizona\u2019s courts implement it quickly and seamlessly,\u201d <strong>said Stand for Children Arizona Executive Director Rebecca Gau. <\/strong>\u201cThis is a crucial new law to ensure that every Arizonan can access their constitutional due process rights.
