Natalie harbors a deep passion for service to her community and is the proud parent to two daughters in Seattle, ages 12 and 17. Although she’s a native of Arizona, she has been working in community and economic development non-profit organizations in South King County for over twenty years. Prior to her role as the Washington State Organizing Director, she served as a community engagement and student recruitment consultant to help schools authentically engage and recruit families in one of the most diverse communities in the country. She also was proud to work on the “Save our Schools” campaign in 2015 to maintain school choice in Washington State. She is excited to continue serving families and community in her role with Stand.
