The Impact of WA Education Policy
Call in over lunch one week after the legislative session ends to debrief with education policy experts and advocates about what happened in Olympia this year and what it means for Washington schools. We'll also be discussing the progress of our 2020 legislative priorities: improving access to school counselors, reducing barriers to dual credit classes, and ensuring equity in special education funding.

Here's what to expect:
Virginia, Barry, the Government Affairs Manager at Stand for Children Washington, will summarize the big education policy results from the 2020 legislative session We'll also give updates on Stand for Children Washington legislative priorities and hear from High School Success Coalition members on their priorities as well. There will be time allotted for participants to ask questions at the end of the call.
