At our annual Member Summit last week, Oregon Stand recognized the amazing and inspiring work of some of our member leaders.

Meet Hillsboro leader and retired teacher Claire Morgan:

For six years, leader Claire Morgan has been doing the little things that make our Hillsboro Chapter effective. This retired teacher is fired up about what’s happening in her community.

Claire shared a little bit with us about what motivates her to stay involved. .

“I walked in to Stand and I liked what I saw. I still like what I see. There’s an intelligent sustained focus on making sure there’s an opportunity for education for every child.”
