Mae Boyer is joining Stand for Children as the newly appointed Development Coordinator, a role which supports both the National Team and Indiana Chapter’s fundraising efforts. Mae comes to Stand with a passion for database integrity and over 5 years of experience working at various non-profits. She began her development journey in her native San Francisco Bay Area, first serving as frontline staff and later providing membership data entry support for organizations such as the California Academy of Sciences, SFMoMA, and Oakland Museum of California.
Mae also has first-hand experience with the Indiana public school system, as a former high school graduate of Bloomington High School North, and recently attended Portland State University as an Arts Practices major.
In her downtime, Mae works as a Freelance Illustrator and dedicates herself to a lifetime of learning by regularly attending workshops and exploring emerging technologies to streamline her creative workflow.
