After a long summer, going back to school can be a tough adjustment.  

How do you and your family prepare for the new school year?

Back to School Tips:

- Practice waking up earlier each day so your child is ready when that school bus comes in a few weeks.

- Shop smart! Make a list of everything your child needs for class, find coupons, and find ways to save in bulk.

- Practice how your child gets to school. Do they walk? Or take the bus? Go over the the safest and smartest way to get your child to school each day.

  • With staying up late during summer vacation, last week began the school sleep schedule for my son. That is why my favorite tip is practicing waking up early each day. This will help my son regain his paternal again.

  • A good healthy Breakfast to start the day. If you dont have time put Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas into the freezer the night before. In the morning blend in blender with yogurt & honey.

  • I got a beautiful Totoro backpack for $22 on the whish app. Only draw back, it takes around 4 weeks to get to you but we'll worth the wait!

  • We have to do showers before bed. Relax and go to sleep early. All electronics off. Keep lists and stay organized. I like the kids to have everything prepared for the next day so their morning goes with ease.
