In honor of National Library Week, we are celebrating National Bookmobile day. Let us know which book mobile is your favorite by placing your vote in the comments section below.
Did you know the first bookmobile in the United States was started by a librarian named Mary Titcomb in Maryland at the turn of the 20th century? Mary loaded her horse-drawn library wagon filled with books to make sure children living in rural communities had access to books.
Don't forget to vote on your favorite bookmobile by placing which option you like in the comments section below. We will tally the votes and announce the winner on Thursday, April 14.
