Kevin, a first-generation college graduate with a B.A and M.S. from Indiana University, developed a passion for education while in high school in suburban Pittsburgh where he tutored special needs students.
His professional career began as a media relations specialist at his alma mater, telling the stories of exceptional IU students and promoting the programs and research conducted in the College of Arts and Sciences. Subsequently, he held communications and marketing leadership positions with professional sports teams and with a pair of successful start-up companies.
Kevin lives north of Indianapolis with his wife Belvia and six-year-old daughter, Addy. He is an active classroom volunteer at Addy’s school and in his spare time enjoys golf, running, gardening and woodworking. Kevin looks forward to helping Stand advocate for quality educational opportunities for all Hoosier students.
