When you give to Stand for Children, you stand hand-in-hand with our parent members. You lift up the children of our amazing members and all other children across our state.

In this season of thanks, I am thankful for the opportunity to work one-on-one with parents and community members from across Illinois. They are doing their part to improve our schools, including through their work on engaging and educating the public around the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Their dedication and willingness to learn about important issues like these is inspiring. They roll up their sleeves and dig in for one reason: to make schools better for Illinois children.

Since today is Giving Tuesday, you can be a part of that work, too. People all across the U.S. are donating to organizations that are meaningful to them, in the same way Stand is meaningful to me and you.

Stand with parents and community members across Illinois and donate a tax-deductible gift of $20 – or whatever you can – today so that all the students in our community get the education they deserve.
