Joshua W. Stafford
Joshua W. Stafford serves as the superintendent of the Vienna High School District #13-3. Under his leadership, Vienna has been noted both regionally and throughout the state for their strong dual credit college programs. Over 10% of the most recent senior classes graduated with associate degree through dual credit programming and meaningful partnerships with the local community colleges. This same partnership is allowing students in senior high school to earn in excess of 4,000 credit hours each year. Vocational programming has nearly disappeared over the last several years in rural Illinois schools due to the state funding crisis; however, Vienna has gone to great lengths to maintain their existing programs. Mr. Stafford has strong roots in the trades and vocations from experiences on his family’s farm.
