Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Asia attended Creighton University where she received a B.A. in Theology with a minor in Health Administration and Policy. After graduation, she served as a full-time Jesuit Volunteer and then a fundraiser at a non-profit, low-income high school in Brooklyn, New York which ignited her passion for education. Asia was most recently on the Corporate and Foundation Relations team at City Harvest, an anti-hunger, food-rescue organization in New York City. As Development Manager in the Colorado office, Asia will work closely with Jeani and the team to build fundraising systems and strategy to support Stand’s financial goals, which will include everything from the development of stewardship plans to research briefings. To keep her Colorado zen, Asia enjoys practicing yoga, scoping out music venues, and catching up with friends.
