Election Day isn’t until Tuesday, November 2nd but you may have your ballot already. Here’s what you need to know!

Get Ready!

It’s still not too late to register to vote or update your information if you’ve moved. Here’s where you can get the latest information about your voter eligibility, ballot drop off and polling locations. If you plan to vote by mail, you must register to vote by October 25th to receive your ballot in the mail.

Get Set!

Did you get your Blue Book in the mail yet? Nonpartisan staff of the Colorado Legislative Council prepare this voter guide with easy-to-understand explanations of each ballot initiative. A number of school districts have elections for their local board of education. If you don’t have your ballot yet, you can use this tool to look up a sample ballot for your address. This will give you time to do more research.

If you’re returning your ballot by mail, we recommend you mail it no later than October 25th. Here’s where you can find locations to drop off your ballot in a secure drop box. Just be sure you drop it off by November 2nd.

P.S. Even if your kids are too young to vote, talk to them about this important civic duty and model good citizenship by inviting them to go with you to mail your ballot or drop-off your ballot.
